Additional access is from the south via a gated private road and from the west via an unimproved road. An old tram and logging roads provide internal access to the land. The topography varies from gently rolling to generally flat and based on the USDA Web Soil Survey the various soil types have an average site index for loblolly pine of 90 feet (base age 50). This tract contains mature natural timber with the exception of an estimated 75 acres that were planted in the 1st Q 2016 with loblolly pine (ArborGen AGM-115). There is timber marked in Blue Paint east of the old tram that was never sold.
