Bids on Tract 1 will be placed on a "Whole Dollar Basis". Following the conclusion of bidding on Tract 1, Tracts 2 and 3 will be offered using the "Buyer's Choice" auction method. Under the "Buyer's Choice" method, the high bidder may elect to purchase one or both tracts for their high bid. "Buyer's Choice" auctioning will continue until both Tracts 2 and 3 have been purchased and removed from the auction. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety or in any combination following the auction.
