Each application will need to be turned in with a copy of your credit score and last three paystubbs. If you are approved and your credit score is over 600 you will have to pay security deposit and first month's rent. If you are approved and your credit score is below 600 you will have to pay security deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent upon signing the lease. No pets allowed. Any appliances currently in the home are provided as a courtesy for the tenant's use. The owner will not repair or replace these appliances if they become inoperable. If an appliance fails, the tenant will be responsible for providing their own replacement.
