Likely the stream represents Waters of the "Waters of the United States" (WOTUS) which is a legal term under the Clean Water Act (CWA) that determines which water bodies are subject to federal regulation and protection in the United. The overall topography is gentle enough not to negatively impact the value of the site. There is a gated entrance behind the church property at 1615 Greenwood Hwy., shown as TMS905-15-05-001. The owner represents that an easement onto his property exists. The most adequate and appropriate ingress and egress will be from the portion of TMS 906-15-07-002 which fronts on Fairview Road. Zoning Laurens County, SC does have some zoning, but it is not uniform across then in tire county, with some areas being "largely un zoned" and others subject to specific ordinances. The City of Laurens does impose zoning restrictions and Planning and Development restrictions.
