The ownership consists of two parcels containing 123.6+/- acres and 150 acres. Both parcels are encumbered with a Maryland DNR Forest conservation easement. The easement allows for a seasonal cabin however, a development right must be purchased for an additional fee in order to have a well and septic on site. 20+/- acres were clear cut towards the center of the property in 2022. The 150 acre parcel was thinned in 2021. Timber on the 123+/- acre parcel is mostly a young stand of pine with 5-10 acres of mature pine.
