This 65+/--acre property sits a few miles south of Mena in Polk County, Arkansas, in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains, with the tract joining the Ouachita National Forest along its boundary and sitting close to the Wolf Pen Gap ATV trail system. The property carries significant elevation change, giving it the ridge-and-hollow character typical of this part of the Ouachitas rather than flat ground. Timber is a mix of pine and hardwood, providing mast production and cover across the varied terrain. This combination creates the kind of diverse habitat that consistently produces strong deer, bear, and turkey hunting, all three huntable on the property. Multiple trails run through the tract, and deer stands and feeders are already in place, giving a hunter a property that is ready to hunt rather than one requiring ground-up setup. A two-bedroom, one-bath cabin sits on the property, giving it an older, rustic-feel base for hunting camp or weekend use. The cabin has full utilities along with a wood-burning fireplace, a propane stove, and porches that open to the outdoors, combining that rustic character with the practical systems needed for regular use rather than only occasional visit
