From the Dollar General on Hwy 52 near Big Creek Rd, turn on Big Creek Rd and go past the Big Creek Fire Station on the right, then take the first left staying on Big Creek Rd then second right onto Nocona Trail (you will see a set of mailboxes) then take your first right down a small gravel hill and you will immediately need to go left or right (go left and immediately park). In front of you will be 62 Nocona Trail and the land to the left of that cabin. The parcel goes from the creek and all the way back up to Big Creek which is why there is two for sale signs since it slopes. It is very rural and you will likely lose phone reception as you get closer.
