Water wells:

There are currently 5 water wells on the farm that are all plumbed into the underground PVC pipe and are used to row/Flood irrigate the farm. A 66 acre block was added to this farm two years ago and has two additional water wells in place on that farm. (Currently these 2 wells are not used and the farmer who has worked these farms has not used these two wells, Further checking by a water well company would be needed to determine the exact amount of water these two additional well could produce).

Lease:

The current farmers are working with the landowners using a share crop of 1/3rds and 1/4ths.
