I kicked up a rabbit walking the property and there is no doubt there is at least of covey of quail calling this farm home. This area has long been know for it's prairie grass and quail hunting. There is no doubt this parcel would be no exception.

It has above average Woodson County dirt and would just take a little work to get the ground the way you needed it.
