of Litchfield, County of Kennebec, State of Maine. being further bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at an iron rod set on the apparent northeastern sideline of said Plains Road at the most westerly corner of

land now of or formerly of Glen Ridley, as described in a deed recorded in the Kennebec County Registry of Deeds Book

3652, Page 32, said point being the point of beginning:

thence along land of said Ridley North 29° 54' 54" East, a distance of 946.59 feet to an iron rod set thence along remaining land of Diane E. Williams North 600° 5' 10” West, a distance of 190.28 feet to an iron rod set;

thence along remaning land of Diane E. Williams;

thence along said Plains Road South 42° 9’ 2”East a distance of 200 feet to an iron rod set and the point of beginning;

said described tract containing 174,259 square feet, more or less, and being comprised of a portion of land of Diane E.

Williams as described in a deed recorded in the Kennebec County Registry of Deeds Book 3516, Page 170.

The term "iron rod set" refers to 5/8" diameter steel re-inforcing bar set with a survey cap bearing the legend "R.D.

Redmond PLS 2084". The bearings noted herein are based on magnetic north observed in September 2004. and are part of a Boundary Survey.
