From Highway 84 to State Highway 96 -drive west as you see Cerro Perdernal and the big Red and white letters and yellow and blue sign advertising Five Acre Lots/Electicity/Views. There you will find Rio Arriba County road 199 and head north. Cross the cattle guardand turn right on Private Drive 1727. Pass Launch Rd, take a left at the mailboxes and continue to Private Drive 1728. Arrive at the black gate with a small tree at the entrance.
