It takes some imagination to drive out there, a bit more to walk up the hill to the property, and then you can see the beautiful possibilities for a property on the north slope of a gentle hill with direct right-of-way access that has yet to be graded like the rest of 17th Street with its ups and downs. Enter the property from the higher south side, or (some day) from the west (Quaint Dr). But for a nice walk, go along the wash to the south of the hill, and then climb up and over the crown of the hill to get a real feel for the lay of the land. There is some data signal, but not much. The property is on the northern slopes of the Cerbat Mountains, with Mt. Tipton to the Southeast. The center of Dolan Springs is about 20 minutes' drive. Here you can decide to spend your days just a little bit further from the madding crowd.
