From Angel Fire, south on 434 towards Guadalupita. Near mile marker 17.5 and before Sierra Bonita Cabins, turn right on Rincon Road. Follow Rincon Road for 2 miles to the green gate. Go through the gate and follow the road for 1/10th mile around the curve and up the hill to the left to the red T post. Turn right, park, and walk along the rough-cut driveway a hundred yards or so to the SW corner of the property. All 4 corners are marked with orange flagging tape. *There is orange flagging tape on a tree near the spot where you park the car, which only signifies the path of the rough-cut driveway and it IS NOT the SW corner of the property.
