The property is a gentle rolling hill that slopes down off the road from the W to the E. This part of Rio Rancho sits higher up over the rest of the subdivision and this property is tucked away up in those hills and very private. The area has juniper trees, cholla cactus with waxy yellow flowers blooming, scattered grass and native vegetation. A few years ago I poked one of those yellow flowers with my finger to see what the flower felt like and yep that hurt! Duh!

Coming in the correct way from the NW, the road is decent to Ambrose Road SW & Eugenia Road NW but from there it sure did make my heart beat as it takes you S thru the sandy wash and it's overgrown from there. You go about 1100 feet to the fence and then the road bends to the east to Orestes Court. From there turn N to the property.
At the end of the block to the south, there is a barbed wire fence that separates 29th Ave NW, the main drag, and Eugenia Road. I noticed a break where it had been cut years ago one block W by Simeon Ct. So on the way out I turned S and went over the downed fence and BAM I was immediately back on the main drag, 29th Ave NW! The short cut out - TYG! Hot dog! To get out to this unit take 29th Avenue off Rainbow Avenue by Northern Meadows for about 4.5 miles.
