Other structures on the property include two green houses (one has raised garden beds), one large storage shed and a smaller storage shed, and the start of a pier and beam foundation for a non-existent 32 foot by 16 foot structure. That foundation was needed for property insurance, but the barn was never built. I originally built this place for myself to live in, but given that I don't like my day job, and instead can use the money for real estate investing, I decided to start doing fix and flips and building up to rentals and more.
