The lease runs from 1 February 2027 to 1 February 2028. ATVs are permitted on the property's existing roads. There is also a place for storing ATVs on the property. Up to 3 blinds can be installed after consulting the owner for locations. There is 2.5-acre lake open to the renters for fishing. It is stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish. No lead shot or nonbiodegradeable packing permitted. No hunting of bobcats permitted. No overnight camping or open fires permitted on the property. No alcohol or drugs permitted on the property. The lease covers up to three hunters. All must sign the lease and the liability release forms. Proof of insurance is required. No clearing or seeding is permitted without the owner's consent. Hunters must contact the owner to state when they will be present on the property. There is a one-bedroom short-term rental apartment that sleeps four adults. It can be rented separately at rate discounted from AirBnB pricing. Consideration maybe given to in kind exchange of labor/services instead of rent. There is a livestock operation ion the property. Hunting activity in the fields is allowed as long as cattle/sheep are not grazing.
