WILDLIFE AND HUNTING: No hunting in years; it could be rifle or bow hunted, with its varied terrain. Bucks in this area are routinely harvested in the 180 class B&C range. In addition to whitetails, you can hunt feral hogs year around, or Rio Grande turkeys seasonally along Beaver Creek.

SURFACE WATER: 4 seasonal creeks transverse the property – Coon Creek, Rough Creek, Bluff Creek & Beaver Creek. The creeks divide the land topographically too, marking significant drops in elevation up to 100 ft. Large hills & bluffs provide excellent vantage points, with great views! The ranch also has 5 large dirt tanks & 2 wet weather sloughs; a few potential lake construction sites as well.

TREES AND VEGETATION: Lots of trees and brush, providing cover on every side. Classified as native pasture, no farm land.
