Call Katrina today at Carter's Real Estate regarding this parcel of land. This is a 99 year lease. At the present time the parcel does not meet the dimensional requirements for a legally conforming ''lot'' as defined in the land use ordinance. If during the term of the lease, the applicable laws are amended, and the leased premises would comply with the dimensional standards for a separate conforming lot Tenant may elect to purchase the Leased Premises at a purchase price to be agreed upon.
