This Grant Parish property has over 1000' of water frontage on Iatt Lake, a cypress covered lake known for it's Sac a Lait (White Perch) fishing, along with bream and bass and some potential duck hunting opportunity. There is a nice homesite overlooking the water and plenty of room to pick another if so desired on this property. The majority of the property is in young natural regrowth from the last time it was logged which should make for some great deer hunting and make it easy to clear out some other area's if so desired for food plots, etc. An interior road system will take you back to the waterfront homesite, and around the property. Water & electricity is available along the road frontage on Steamset Rd and the property is only about 15mins from Colfax which has a grocery store, Dollar store and several convenience stores. Pineville/Alexandria is about 45 mins from the property and is an easy commute for someone who works in that area. A great homesite with outstanding recreational opportunities such as hunting and fishing rarely come together on a property like it does on this one! Call today for a showing! Seller may possibly subdivide.
