According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property has an assortment of fine sandy loam soils that give the tract a weighted average soil site index of 82.7 feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years). Directions: From the intersection of AR-355, US-371 and Columbia CR-39 at the Lamartine community, travel northeast on Columbia CR-39 for 5.1 miles to Nevada CR-8.

Turn right onto Nevada CR-8 (south) and go 0.5 miles and take a left onto Nevada CR-168. Travel along Nevada

CR-168 +-1.0 mile to the Columbia County line.

Continue on Columbia CR-74 for 0.7 miles and turn left onto a woods road then left immediately again and travel along the woods road +-0.8 miles to the property.
