Chris Palsgrove

Chris developed an appreciation for property at a young age while spending time on his grandfather’s farm in rural Illinois. Those early experiences shaped a long-term interest in land and ownership. Later, purchasing his first home highlighted how complex traditional real estate can be and reinforced the value of simpler forms of property ownership.

Today, Chris leads the team at Grounded Properties Land, working with buyers across the country to help them purchase property through a straightforward and transparent process.
