I got into land sales because I wanted to help people become landowners. It's something I'm working toward myself—my goal is to own a ranch one day—and while I'm building toward that dream, I love helping others reach theirs.

I came from an operations background in commercial real estate, but this work is different. What I love most is talking to buyers, hearing what they hope to do with their land, and matching them with something that fits. I had one buyer who looked at several properties, but nothing was quite right. When we got a new parcel in, I immediately shared it with her and it was perfect! Those moments are what make this rewarding.

I sell larger parcels in northern Nevada and Arizona, typically 10, 20, or 40 acres, plus land in Florida, Arkansas, and Missouri. Many of my buyers are first-timers, and I offer owner financing to make it affordable and accessible.

I've been doing this for almost three years. When I'm not working, I'm with my husband and our two kids.
