Ryan has had a love for land and the outdoors since he was very young. From hunting with his dad and grandpa to riding and racing four wheelers and dirt bikes, the great outdoors is where he feels at home. He's taken that passion for nature and extended that into buying and selling raw land.

In addition, Ryan is a certified home inspector specializing in residential homes. He’s dedicated over 25 years to the construction trades in roles of increasing responsibility. This knowledge of the trades along with his work performing maintenance at his rental properties gives him a unique eye for finding properties that land owners dream of.
