Michele Smith

Growing up in South Africa, I was raised by two hardworking parents who instilled in me a deep respect for dedication and perseverance. My father owned a builder’s emporium, and my mother was a successful real estate agent in Plettenberg Bay. Their example sparked my passion for both business and real estate early on.

I spent my younger years helping run our family’s European bakery, Chez Michele, before moving to Europe at 21. I earned two culinary degrees and traveled extensively, but life had other plans. After visiting the Central Coast, I met my husband Jack, and soon after, we made Templeton our home.

Following in my mother’s footsteps, I pursued a career in real estate—motivated by her commitment to excellence and client care. I approach every transaction with that same passion, helping buyers and sellers navigate their goals with integrity, strategy, and personal attention. From residential homes and ranches to vineyards and commercial properties, I serve not sell.
