From Kingman: Interstate 40 W to exit #28, Continue on Dean Dr/Old Trails Rd. go past Flying J Go Right on Camelback. Pavement ends at Caliche Springs Road. 1 mile to corner of property. Property is a square mile. Sellers cut a trail/road through center of property. There is a large dip about 3/4 of the way down Camelback so a low profile vehicle is not suggested.
