Planning for the surrounding area includes the future 21st St SW collector corridor and extension of city utilities through the corridor. Annexation, zoning changes, subdivision, and future development remain subject to applicable governmental review and approval.

Site History

The property was formerly covered by mature coastal gorse. The vegetation has since been mechanically cleared across the site, exposing the terrain and creating substantial open areas while retaining groups of mature shore pines and wooded edges.
