I drive a 2 wheel drive and had to park it and walk in because the mud holes were too threatening for my car. The drive and view of the valley below is breathtaking and serene, wonderful experience. You will pass Dry Hill lot of 9.6 Acres for sale on the same road. One lot separates the two lots. Both lots are owned by the same seller.
Directions
From Harriman follow Griggs Chapel Rd to 1408 Riggs Chapel Rd. on the left of that property there will be a dirt road leading into the Mount Roosevelt WMA. Tennessee wildlife resource agency. you will see the sign as you pull off Griggs Chapel Rd onto the dirt road. Follow the dirt road for 2.89 miles until you come to my sign and two yellow markers on both sides of the drive. That is the beginning of the property.
