Meeker, CO is the closest to the ranch and has a grocery store, a hospital, and gas stations and is located about 1 hour to the north of the ranch. Rifle, CO also has a much bigger selection of grocery stores, convenient stores with gas stations, a hospital, many downtown shops, a variety of restaurants, and many other recreational opportunities and is located just over an hour to the southeast of the subject property. Glenwood Springs, CO is less than a half hour east of Rifle and features many of the same amenities, but includes many other activities such as the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and the Glenwood Hot Springs.

As for commercial flying, Eagle County Regional Airport (located in Gypsum, CO) and Grand Junction Regional Airport (located in Grand Junction, CO) are both located within 2 hours from the ranch.
