All of the photos were taken of the property and surrounding views in June 2023. The property has a gentle slope and is covered with native plants and cholla cactus. There is another road that runs along the south of the property and then the power transmission easement. Cayenne is a dirt road along the north that was washed out about 1 acre before the lot so be careful it's a big wash! I walked down the hill to take the photos and you would need to reblade the road. You need to come in off of Unser to the NW as you can not get across the arroyo wash to the east along Cayenne.
