Hi, I'm Jason Pancheau, owner of Skyline Land Partners. I grew up in Montana working construction summers with my dad and brothers, and I've been hands-on ever since: building furniture, working in the lumber industry, and now buying and selling rural land full time. These days I live in Portland, Oregon with my wife and boys.

I started Skyline Land Partners because I believe owning a piece of land shouldn't mean dealing with a bank, a broker, or a stack of paperwork. I keep the process simple, the terms flexible, and the prices affordable. I own every property I sell, I answer the phone myself, and I offer payment options with no banks and no credit checks.
