To report a profile:
You must be on the professional's profile detail page to successfully report a profile. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Report this profile."
Complete the form, selecting a reason why you feel the profile should be reported, along with a description of your reasoning or evidence of why you're reporting the profile and click "Submit."
