Currently the house is not suitable for living!!! There is utility equipment missing, and lots of junk. If someone would want to live there, it would need a major renovation. This would be taken into account with the rent and rebuilding value.
2-3 acres can be cleared and used for farmland. There are a couple options for breaking it up into a couple rental lots. I'm open to ideas, but have no startup capital for anything big like a B&B or anything.
